Why Should Someone Build With You?

What’s up guys welcome back to another Light & Lines video. I’m Ben Greaves and if we haven’t met before I’m a content creator for the building industry and I’m here to help you build a long lasting and successful building company, land those dream projects with dream clients and ultimately make more money.

So with that being said, lets get into it.

So today I want to ask you 1 simple question.

Why should someone build their home with you, and not your competitor…

Now before you answer that lets set some ground rules.

You can BOTH - get the job done

You BOTH - communicate well

You BOTH - show up on time, complete the project on time and on budget and you handover a beautiful home that your clients love

And for the sake of this exercise you both get the job done for the EXACT same price so you’re not allowed to say “we’re cheaper”

So why should someone build with YOU, and not your competitor?

If you can’t answer that question, you’ve got a problem and we need to talk cuz it’s my job to help you not only find that answer, but turn it into one of the biggest strengths in your business and your marketing.

The answer to this question can help you run a money making and sustainable business for years to come and it’s what I want for each and every one of my clients that I work with.
