So you’re a builder, an architect or an interior designer and you’ve just paid a photographer to shoot your most recent project. The images are beautiful and you want to get them out to the world. Since you just paid a lot of money for them, surely you can do what you like with them right?

This is probably one of the most least talked about things when it comes to the work that we do as photographers and it’s something that impacts every single one of our clients.

As experienced photographers, we deal with copyright on a regular basis. But we sometimes assume our clients know just as much about copyright, image use, and licensing as we do...and that's a wrong assumption on our part.
