Plenty to manage on this one from tight access to neighbours on the boundary and limited working space and what I'd say is easily one of the more challenging builds I've had to film in.

Taking your potential clients on the journey of a build with you does 2 things.

1: It gives you a great library of high quality professional content to use in your marketing, allowing you to focus on the task at hand and not being a content creator.

2: It psychologically builds trust in the mind of your potential client. The more they're seeing you show up, the more they're slowly building a bond with you and trust with you that you're the right builder for them to work with on their new home.
