Does your work really speak for itself?
Some people slide into stranger's DMS,
Some beg for referrals
Some play with chatbots but does your work really speak for itself?
So I hear this comment quite a lot from builders and it’s the topic of todays big question and that is, does your work speak for itself and there’s a much broader idea I want to bring to that question today.
This is something that I've been hearing a lot of lately and it's a it's a discussion that I am constantly having with a lot of builders, who, especially maybe those are a bit older who have been mentored and done their apprenticeship under, you know, someone much older, where definitely the work back then spoke for itself.
But today’s building climate is a lot more competitive and a lot more challenging.
So is it better to let the work “speak for itself” or is it better to be on control of the narrative.
