“Well...”

"We have good communication"

"I complete projects on time"

"I show up on time"

That's not being different, that's just what your client expects. And everyone says the same thing!

The funny thing is, before clients start to work with me, that usually say these things too... "quality, good communication, on time, on budget"

Don't get me wrong, these things are all important. So much so that every business should have these attributes. Communicating it in your marketing and sales won't differentiate you from the builder next door.
